Retail Concept
The Retail Shopping Mall is designed to take advantage of its prime location and to cater to the development population mix of residents, tourists, and office workers. The Shopping Mall will be anchored by two departmental stores and will contain a supermarket, an international food court, outdoor and indoor cafes/restaurants, souvenier shops, fashion boutiques and other speciality shops.
Master Plan
The masterplan contains 4 residential towers and 1 hotel tower. All of the towers are 25-storey high on 4 storey podium. The place will be unique and one of its kind found in Shah Alam, as the design will be ecologically responsive and move towards the current green building target as promoted globally.
